What is the "secret" teeth whitening trick discovered by a mom?

Certainly someone has clicked on the ads that are everywhere that promote a "secret" that was discovered by a mom to whiten teeth for under . What’s the secret?

It’s just a scam. I highly doubt this person is a real "mom" who discovered a secret. It basically talks about how she combined two different online whitening products by purchasing both free trials. I looked at the ingredients and perhaps these products MAY work to some degree, but they will not give people the amazing results that this "mom" talks about.
