Is it a product used only by dentists? Or can you use it on your own as a home teeth whitening product like Crest white strips or whitening trays?

I don’t have insurance right now and cant really afford to go the dentist so I’m looking for the best teeth whitening product to use to maybe save money. I know it does not replace going to the dentist but want something to make my teeth whiter fast as possible! Yes, I also smoke and drink coffee, lol but I have cut those down.
