Does brushing your teeth after using teeth whitening strips ruin what the strips did?
After i use my strips it leaves this thick gummy material left from the gel on the strip. I brush my teeth after just to get it off but i was wondering if that just totally ruins what the strips did. And if it does, how can i get the gel off my teeth without reversing or ruining what the strips did?

Well, I don’t normally have sensititve teeth – except when I used teeth whitening strips. About 5 years ago, I tried Crest whitening strips (back when they didn’t have a strong formula and it took about a month to see results.) Well, it really hurt my teeth because after about 2 weeks of using them, my teeth got really sensitive.
I’m afraid if I get 1 week treatment, the solution will be compounded and too strong for my teeth to handle.
What are your experiences? Thanks!

I use equate teeth whitening strips and it says to have them in for a half hour..after the half hour is up i have so much saliva in my mouth and in the strips..is this normal?

I have neglected my teeth in the past and i am brushing more often now but my teeth are still kind of yellowish looking. I want to try one of those over the counter teeth whitening strips or something but I don’t know which one to try since i don’t really have a lot of money. Any tips…ideas?
