I am going to get my teeth whitened and my dentist recommended this. Does anyone know how many shades (on average) this whitens your teeth??? I am not getting the kind of trays that are cheap from the store.. I am getting the ones @ the dentist. Thanks in advance!

i dont want to go to the dentist to get my teeth whitened, when there is some way to just do it at home. I have hear that you can you proxid but i am not sure is there a better way?

I have looked on the internet and there are so many different ways to whiten teeth. I am not going down the route of damaging my teeth enamel by making up some baking soda or using abrasive tooth pastes which damage enamel.

What I want to know is how long does it take for your dentist to whiten my teeth and does it only take one session or more to achieve the Colour I want?

I will pick best answer please don’t tell me to buy any tooth pastes or strips.
